Andy’s Junior

Andy’s Junior is a family entertainment center in Chișinău with play zones, a restaurant and kids’ parties. At RocketSEO I built its WordPress theme from the designs, including a party builder where parents put a celebration together step by step.

The task

Most visitors come to book a party, and every party is different. The center wanted parents to choose the format, zones, food and extras on the site, see the price and send one clear request instead of a long phone call.

  • A home page in eleven sections built from the designs
  • A party builder that needs no back end of its own
  • Every request numbered so managers can track it
  • All content in ACF, in Russian and Romanian

What I built

Party builder

  • A five-step wizard with validation on each step, quantity steppers, live price totals and correct Russian plural forms.
  • The draft stays in localStorage for a day, so a parent can come back and finish later. A review screen shows everything before sending.
  • On submit the script fills a hidden Contact Form 7 form, so requests arrive by email without a custom handler.

Requests

  • Each request gets a number from a counter that starts at 7750. The number goes into the email and is shown back to the visitor after sending.
  • The sender domain follows the current host, and the phone field shows an SVG flag instead of an emoji.

Pages and media

  • The home page has 11 sections (hero, formats, zones, restaurant tabs, parties, quiz, gallery, reviews, location and more). The parties page has packages, add-ons, steps, a tabbed gallery and an FAQ.
  • Party packages and services are their own post types, grouped by a service category that turns into headings in the builder.
  • The animated hero is an SVG with CSS keyframes, with a transparent WebM and an image as fallbacks. Designer icons are converted to currentColor, so they follow the theme colors.

Performance

  • Each template loads only its own CSS, and the builder script runs only on the builder page.
  • Three image sizes with a custom srcset helper, a self-hosted headline font with preload and support for reduced motion.

The theme has no page builder and no jQuery. The JavaScript is two vanilla files, one for the site and one for the builder.
